We have a 14 day return & refund policy, which means you have maximum 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you find any damages due to miscarriage or the parcel is damaged, you must show that to the carrier and he must give you a consemnation paper about the issue.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returns & Refunds
According to the Romanian legislation in force O.U.G. 34/2014, the purchase waiver is only applicable to individual customers. Cancellation within 14 days can only apply to orders delivered by courier.

Return costs will be borne by the customer. The customer will pay 20 Ron for any returns or exchanges in Romania. The international customers will pay 20 Euro tax for returns & exchanges.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method after 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

* NOTE: Above clauses are applicable under conf. OUG 34/2014, in the case of the purchase of products from this site using remote communication techniques.

By submitting the form, you consent to the processing of personal data and their storage during dental treatment, as well as to their retention until you request the withdrawal of consent. Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR and the improvement of the oral health of our patients represent legitimate interests for which we expressly request your consent, including for appointments.
